Open to pregnant people in all stages of their pregnancy and all levels of yoga experience. Participants will practice pregnancy-safe yoga postures and breathing techniques in a welcoming and supportive environment. As a group, we will learn about, celebrate, and discuss ways to adapt to the many miraculous changes that pregnancy brings. We will also discuss how yoga can be used to help address pregnancy discomfort, build strength and stamina and mentally and physically prepare for birth.
Teacher Kate has practiced yoga through two pregnancies and is so excited to share her love of yoga, and her experience with practicing yoga while pregnant with other expecting mothers!
