Power Yoga can seem intimidating for new yoga students or students unfamiliar with the practice yet can be one of the most beneficial and FUN ways to enhance one’s strength, cardio and flexibility!
In this 3 part series you will be introduced to some of powers fundamental poses, the deconstruction of those poses, learning modifications, refining alignment and safe flow techniques. Through a carefully designed lesson plan that builds each week, you will feel confident in joining any power class by the end of the series.
