New to yoga, just getting back into it or if you've always wanted to try a more challenging flow class like power flow, lila flow or more creative flow sequenced class' but have been a bit intimidated by them: Give this Basics Flow workshop a try to start you out!
Including an introduction to foundational postures, Cora will give you alignment cues, tips and tricks on how to modify poses for your fitness level while still flowing. Certain yoga props, like yoga blocks and bolsters, will be used to show and help make modifications easier.
Build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance with this accessible and easy-to-follow yoga sequence. We will end the practice with a few minutes of relaxation.
